E.ON – Music rights clearances for new solar energy TV ad

E.ON is one of Germany’s leading power and gas companies – generating electricity, and retailing power and gas – and is part of the E.ON group, one of the world’s largest investor-owned power and gas companies. E.ON employ more than 79,000 people worldwide.

Spark was tasked to clear the music rights for the new E.ON TV ad for solar energy in Germany.

The song ‘Carnalito Boliviano’ by Yma Sumac was chosen as the background music for the ad. After research the negotiations and agreement were made with the Spanish representatives for the songwriters’ estate.
