Music Rights Negotiations for Gothaer

Spark was asked to do a music search for a new TV/online campaign for one of Germany’s oldest insurance companies Gothaer.

The song chosen was by the credible American indie rock band Yeah Yeah Yeahs with their song ‘Spitting off the edge of the World’.

Spark negotiated the fees and the licensing agreements with the American record label and the music publishers.

Due to the success of the campaign the licensing rights were renewed for a second year until October 2024.
