Music rights clearances and negotiations for DEKA Bank

Spark negotiated the music rights for ‘(I’ve Had) The Time of my Life’. It was made famous by being one of the main songs in the 1986 movie ‘Dirty Dancing’ and originally performed by Jennifer Warnes & Bill Medley.

We took care of all negotiations, licensing agreement and sourcing a cover version of the song for the DEKA Bank campaign ‘Sinnvestieren goes Hollywood’.
