Patrizia Caruselli

Managing Director Spark Zurich & Co-Founder

Patrizia runs the Zurich office and is responsible for legal affairs, finance and negotiation within the Spark Group of companies.

She co-founded Spark after leaving Warner Music International where she held the position of International Director, Brand Partnership Marketing at Warner Strategic Marketing International. From the HQ in London, UK, she was responsible for all non-traditional retail activities for the Warner Music catalogue worldwide ex. US. Responsibilities included music licensing for audio and video projects such as TV ads, new business development, opening new distribution channels for Warner Music, direct response TV projects and 3rd party licensing. She facilitated Warner Music affiliate projects in over 35 countries worldwide, as well as handling new projects. Amongst her achievements were the closing of a strategic content partnership between Warner Music and Nokia, and handling one of the biggest ever McDonalds music promotions in the UK.

Previous to Warner Music Patrizia held the position of Manager Special Projects and Licensing at BMG Special Marketing Europe in Munich, Germany, part of the Bertelsmann Group.

At EMI Classics, London, UK, she worked with Vanessa Mae and was instrumental in helping her achieve platinum status with her album “The Violin Player”. As a Marketing Manager for EMI Classic’s Red Line Patrizia launched a new record label positioned as an introduction to classical music.

Born in Switzerland and raised in Italy and Spain, Patrizia speaks 5 languages fluently and has a degree in Economics from the University of St Gallen (Switzerland) and a speciality in negotiation through Harvard Law School.
