BMW’s agency TheGame Group asked Spark to research and negotiate the rights of Salvador Dalí’s ‘The Persistence of Memory’ for the use in a TV ad to promote the all new BMW i7.
The ad is entitled ‘This is Forwardism’ and is about evolution in technology and art. Dalí’s ‘The Persistence of Memory’ features as a 3D animated piece of artwork within the ad.
Spark negotiated the fee and license agreement on behalf of TheGame Group and BMW.
