First launched in the West Midlands in 1994, Heart arrived in London in 1995. The Heart sound has become the most popular in commercial radio and now extends to 33 stations across the UK, reaching more than 9.8 million people every week and is owned by Global.

Spark cleared the music rights for HEART FM’S new nationwide TV and online ad.

The ad featured four uptempo feel good songs from the last few years including rare clearances by Justin Timberlake – Can’t Stop The Feeling and Keala Settle – This Is Me from The Greatest Showman musical. The other two songs are Little Mix – Reggaeton Lento and Pink – Beautiful Trauma.

Spark negotiated fees, options and the licensing agreements with record labels and music publishers involved.
