Rights Clearances for Deichmann’s Rita Ora Collection

Deichmann SE (formerly Heinrich Deichmann-Schuhe GmbH & Co. KG) is a major German footwear retail chain founded in Essen, Germany. In 2017, Handelsblatt called it the biggest shoe vendor in Europe.

Established in 1913 by Heinz-Dorst Deichmann, the company remains 100% owned by the Deichmann family.

Spark supported DEICHMANN with negotiations and rights clearances for their European Rita Ora shoe collection.

The song used in the ads is ‘New Look’ from Rita Ora’s current album ‘Phoenix’. Spark negotiated on behalf of DEICHMANN the fees and agreements with the record label and music publishers involved.
