Rudi Voeller for Expert

Spark was asked by the advertising agency Saint Elmos to negotiate a testimonial deal with German football legend Rudi Völler.

He is extremely well respected and liked in Germany. He won with the German national team the football World Cup in 1990. By the time of his retirement as an active player in 1994 he was the 2nd highest goal scorer of all time after Gerd Mueller. Since February 2023 Rudi is the Director of the German national football team.

Rudi is known for his team spirit, being down to earth but also continuously striving for success.
He is therefore the perfect match for Expert’s campaign where they emphasis having their shops and employees embedded in local communities and giving unbiased and friendly advice and providing outstanding customer service.

The humorous campaign started early May and will see Rudi Voeller in a number of ads and online competitions, especially in the lead up and during the European Football Championships in June 2024 which take place in Germany.

Spark conducted all negotiations and drafting the testimonial agreement on behalf of Expert and their agency Saint Elmos.
